Our platform allows customers seeking home and business support services to connect with related professionals registered and verified on our platform. However, the registered partners do not have any claim on the domain 74 Service as their own. 74 Service reserves the right to terminate association with a vendor at any time without prior consent. All bills and invoices for all services will be generated by 74 Service only.
No claim of charge-back or refund shall be admissible in case of satisfactory delivery of service and submission of feedback as Satisfied or Very Satisfied. Further, no request for change in ordered services or in the duration of the plan opted shall be entertained, nor shall any charge-back or refund be claimed at any point during the contract period.
Once feedback is given by the USER as Satisfied for the service mentioned in the ticket details, the user cannot claim that the service was not received. For further correspondence related to that service, the user must send an email to services@74service.in or call the company for support on the numbers mentioned in the transaction confirmation mail.
In case a user alleges deficient or unsatisfactory delivery of services, the user must substantiate the claim with supporting documents proving that the services delivered during the contract period were deficient or unsatisfactory. The Company reserves sole discretion to examine the complaint and assess the delivery of services, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties. If, upon evaluation of relevant evidence, the Company determines that the services rendered were deficient or unsatisfactory, the user shall be entitled to claim a charge-back amount proportionate to the services yet to be rendered from the registered partner.

We do not share any customer data with any third party other than our registered partners, who are bound by necessary agreements that strictly prohibit sharing personal information with any external party.
